I had a lovely stay at Attitash Mountain Village with its excellent location for outdoor adventures in the White Mountains. The room was clean and relatively spacious, although the loud air conditioning disrupted my sleep. The helpful staff contributed positively to my experience, making it a family-friendly environment with plenty to do.

Rooms
7.0
The condo was clean, with comfortable amenities, though the noise from the air conditioning was disruptive. I appreciated the kitchenette, but a larger refrigerator would have been better for more extended stays.
Service
9.0
The staff were really good and cheerful, always willing to help. They frequently provided fresh towels during my stay, which was a nice touch.
Location

The resort's location is fantastic, with easy access to the trails in the White Mountains. I enjoyed exploring the charming nearby towns, like Littleton, and found outdoor activities for all ages.
Dining
7.0
While dining options were limited near the resort, I was able to cook in my condo using the well-equipped kitchen, which was a plus for my trip.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities include a nice pool area and walking trails, but cleanliness could be improved, especially in communal areas like the hot tub.

My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The units were spacious and comfortable, and the location provided easy access to outdoor activities, but the service was disappointing, especially regarding the mix-up with room assignments. The property itself feels older and in need of updates, which detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms
6.0
We had a spacious one-bedroom unit that was comfortable, but the second unit we received was a disappointing downgrade.
Service
5.0
The service was frustrating. When we raised our concerns about the room mix-up, there was no empathy or effort to rectify the situation.
Location

The location is excellent for accessing the White Mountain National Forest and local trails. It's also close to Attitash's attractions.

Our stay at Attitash Mountain Village was quite enjoyable, with a clean and spacious room that offered stunning views. We loved the amenities, especially the pool and the variety of activities available in the area. However, the porch door insulation needs improvement, as we felt a draft during the night. Overall, it’s a great spot for families, especially with its beautiful surroundings.

Rooms

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing beautiful views all around. We had a bit of a challenge with the draft coming from the porch door, which took away from the otherwise luxurious feel of the unit.

I had a wonderful stay at Attitash Mountain Village, enjoying the cozy accommodations and well-maintained facilities. However, there were some minor inconveniences, particularly with the noise levels from neighboring units, which affected my overall experience.

Rooms

The location was perfect for accessing skiing and other outdoor activities. It was close enough to North Conway for dining and shopping, yet far enough to enjoy some tranquility in nature.
Dining

While the resort offered dining options, I found the service at the nearby Matty B's to be quite poor. The long wait times and lack of attention detracted from the overall dining experience.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Attitash Mountain Village. The location was perfect for accessing the slopes and nearby attractions, but the room I initially received was outdated and had significant issues. Once resolved, the new room was much nicer and comfortable, which improved my overall experience.

Rooms
6.0
My first room was extremely outdated with a strong musty smell, and it took a long time to get moved to a better one. The second room was significantly nicer and spacious, but the initial struggles really put a damper on things.
Service
5.0
The staff was friendly at check-in, but it took too long to resolve issues with my room. I had to wait around and couldn't reach anyone for help for quite a while. It felt like my concerns took a backseat.
Location
8.0
I loved the location! It was right across from the mountain and had great access to North Conway's shops and restaurants. Being close to both skiing and amenities was definitely a highlight.
Dining
6.0
The on-site restaurant was a nice convenience for meals, especially after a long day on the slopes. However, I would have preferred more dining options nearby, but it was manageable.
Facilities
5.0
The resort had good facilities like a heated pool and hot tub, but there were maintenance issues, like dirty bathrooms by the pool area. It felt like things needed better upkeep.

The resort is conveniently located near the White Mountains and Mt. Washington, making it easy to access local attractions. The units are spacious and well-equipped for families, but the lack of elevator access can be challenging, especially when moving between units. Though we enjoyed the amenities, the inconsistency in quality between the two units affected our overall experience.

Rooms
7.0
The first unit was spacious and nicely equipped, but the second unit felt outdated and in need of some repairs. The layout was odd with stairs leading to the sleeping area, which made it inconvenient for moving luggage.
Service
6.0
While we appreciated the assistance with our luggage during the second unit move, overall service could have been better, especially in addressing issues with the second unit's appliances.
Location

The location is excellent for exploring the White Mountains and nearby attractions, which made our trip convenient and enjoyable.
Dining

Facilities like the pool and outdoor jacuzzi were nice, and having full kitchens in both units was a great plus. However, the maintenance of the second unit left something to be desired.

My stay had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the unit was very spacious, and I loved the proximity to the mountain for skiing. Unfortunately, I was really let down by the customer service and the mix-up with the room size. It felt like we were not taken seriously when we brought up the issues with our booking. Overall, while there's potential, I think I’ll look for different options next time.

Rooms

The room was quite large, but it felt outdated and sparsely furnished, lacking basic amenities like a dining table.
Service

While the rooms could use some updates and the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, we still loved the peaceful atmosphere and the various activities available. Additionally, the service was top-notch when it came to addressing our concerns, making our experience pleasant overall.
